Greetings guys!!The splitting of “legacy” looks inevitable right now and a match involving the three men concerned seems pretty much Booked for Wrestle mania.

I have tremendously enjoyed the whole legacy angle thus far with Randy looking like he is turning face. But In the midst of all of this chaos Ted Di Biase seems to have risen over Cody Rhodes. Sure, they are both main eventers of the future but does Ted really deserve a push ahead of Cody? Ted is now featured in the elimination Chambers giving him a chance to wrestle it out with the big boys. One week you had John Cena Destroying Di Biase and the next week you have Ted Biase defeating Kofi Kingston (who was on a decent run).Well done scriptwriters!!!!

Anyway ,Di Biase has been in the business for a while now and the fact is that he hasn’t done anything great to be pushed ahead of Rhodes. Only briefly during his Hell in a Cell match, with two of the best workers active today, was he able to show signs that he might one day be a top Level superstar. Fans of Ted often remark that the WWE doesn’t want him to wrestle to heelishly because he will turn Babyface soon. Turning Ted Biase face( which looks very likely) will be the worst possible thing the WWE storywriters can do to his character. It is no surprise that Ted Biase lacks in acting skills (The Marine 2, anyone???) and his Mic skills just might be the worst  we have seen in this decade, so keeping him as a heel is the best thing they can possibly do. Cody Rhodes on the other hand has decent mic skills and incredible athleticism. He reminds me very much of a young Randy Orton. Right now, his main weakness is that he gets a bit reckless at times in the ring, and at other times, he's just simply over-powered by bigger, stronger guys like Cena, and even Cryme Tyme. I remember Dusty was a BIG man though, so I expect Cody to put on 20-25 lbs in the next year or two. Then, I think he'll be ready for the main events.

In conclusion, I would say that Di Biase’s  push has come as a big surprise for me .I don’t necessarily think that Cody is better than Ted but the fact that Ted has been pushed  ahead seems a bit unfair. End of the day I would say that both of them need to improve vastly and they are right now at the level of mid carders. Most of all I feel for Randy Orton, He might end up having to fight these two jobbers/mid carders for the large part of the year trying to get them over.
