Twitter is becoming more popular than ever. Now celebrities are using it to connect to their fans...without having to be too close to those obsessive fans.
They have tens of thousands of followers who hang on to their every Tweet. Thing is, sometimes what the fighters are saying aren't what they seem.
After deep investigation, I've broken the code. Not to leave you hanging, here's what MMA fighters are really saying in their Twitter Talk.
"Confirmed: Demian vs Anderson in the UFC112!"
Demian Maia: What did I just get myself into?!?!
"Spent the morning with my acting coach getting ready for a read this after noon. Thanks to all of you for your positive comments and support"
Randy Couture: Don't worry fans, I don't really want a rematch with that beast Brock Lesnar. It's all an act. And ya'll thought I sucked in The Scorpion King. Thanks, Coach!
"Jose canseco stopped by today...: http://bit.ly/afcD8u #fb"
Nate Diaz: Jose Canseco is actually considering fighting again....luckily for him I'm gonna introduce him to my kinda dealer.
"Chillin on a indian reservation. Albuquerque is extremely relaxing. Glad to be back in New Mexico."
Clay Guida: Had to go all the way to an Indian reservation, but I finally escaped Kenny Florian's rear naked choke. Glad to be back in New Mexico.
"Cant wait to come get my power up, ill be seeing ya soon. TEAM CONDITIONED, trainin for champions"
Jon Jones: After an afternoon of drinking milk, my bones are stronger than ever. Vera, can you say, "Throw dem 'bows?
"Hey @titoortiz so do you think you would take the fight?? About 90% of the people on MMA.tv think I would get you!!!"
Josh Koscheck: The whole planet thinks I'll own you. If there's anything left after Lidell gets through with you, come get some.
"Tickets for UFC 113 will go on sale Saturday, February 20 at 10am ET and will be priced at $600, $400, $250, $150, $100 and $50."
Patrick Cote: I remember when selling out UFC events, didn't literally mean selling tickets to UFC events. Dana, I'm healed. Can I please return to fighting?
These interpolations are from my views alone; they aren't they actual comments from the previously listed fighters. I'm sure not everyone caught on.
