A Message to Tony Kornheiser...Silence is Golden

Steve Lewis by Correspondent Written on November 06, 2007

On Monday evenings, football fans across America gather in front of
the TV to watch epic battles.  Starting the work week on Monday is
hard enough, so most fans find MNF as a time of solace.

I never thought that anyone could top Dennis Miller as the worst MNF announcer of all time, but Tony Kornheiser has done it. I don't know what is more painful—the the sound of Fran Drescher's voice, or listening to Tony's  MNF commentary.

Why does Tony raise his voice in mid sentence before he completes his statement? Tony also finds it necessary to regurgitate the same comment countless times throughout the show.

For the sake of all football fans, I urge you, Tony, to spare all NFL spectators before disgruntled fans petition for a Cease and Desist.
