O Fernando Martinez, I guess everyone forgot all the hype that has been surounding you the few years this off-season. The Mets lost Beltran for the begining of the season so it seemed as though you might have a shot to see some real playing time. But I guess your freequent injuries and your unssucessful stint in the majors last year batting .176 hasnt helped your cause. So what do you do to get back into the spotlight?

Something tells me going into the Caribbean World Series and hitting 2 home runs along with a .348 batting average puts you back in the mind of Mets fans and the Mets organization.

So what are you going to do next F-Mart? My advice would be to stay healthy for once. Start the season in AAA Bufalo and stay healthy! You hit .290 last season there with 8 home runs and 16 doubles in just 45 games. It's only a matter of time until one of Pagan or Mathews doesnt produce so look to shine and this time, please do.
