Scott Steiner has been removed from the TNA roster sheet on their official website. This is very concerning because it is a indication that perhaps he has been released from TNA. This would not be much of a surprise since recently he has been off programing and has not made a appearance since the emergence of the Hogan and Bishoff era.

It is not that surprising since when looking at the creative direction of the company it does not seem as if there is a place for Steiner. His last notable feud was with Bobby Lashley and given that Lashley himself does not appear to be in a feud it did seem possible that him and Steiner would continue it at some point this year.

Details are bound to emerge sooner or later as to why he was removed from the company website. Another possibility is that this could be a work leading to Steiner much like Lashley trying to get his job back from Bishoff. This might result in a match between both of them trying to get a contract. Stay tuned for furthur details.
