While I can't seem to get into the actual game, I wanted to stay in the spirit of the Super Bowl. I did some research and came up with my All-Female Football Team.

Take a look at the roster. Think you can beat my team? I'd love to hear yours.

Feel free to leave comments and opinions.

Quarter Back—Jennie Finch

91865635

Jennie has it all. She has the arm strength due to her fast pitch softball pitching. She is also one of the most athletic female athletes in the world.

Jennie could play any position on this team, but her arm strength makes her a natural for the QB spot.

She is a dual threat has her speed and legs give her the ability to scramble.

At 6'1, Finch will not have a problem seeing over the offensive line. Think Michael Vick but better accuracy.

Plus, she has the looks to be a star quarterback.

Running Back—Alicia Sacramone

Aliciasacramone_display_image

This gymnast is the perfect one for the running back spot.

She is extremely athletic and shifty. Her flexibility will also help her find holes in the line to run through.

Sacramone has very good leg strength from her time as a gymnast. She will combine power and speed to her runs.

Wide Receiver—Erin Andrews

Erinandrews_display_image

Erin Andrews has great hands from holding a microphone for a living. She also knows the game from being a sideline reporter for years.

She has long legs and at 5'10" she will have a height advantage over many defensive backs.

QB Jennie Finch will just need to throw the ball up in the air, Andrews will go up and get it.

Wide Receiver—Heidi Klum

Heidiklum5356_display_image

Klum is the perfect woman to be in the receiver spot. Her modeling experience gives her the knowledge on route running.

She stands at 5' 91/2" and brings great hip action to her game.

Defensive backs will have a hard time staying with her due to the very good route running and body control.

Wide Receiver—Carrie Underwood

Carrieunderwood_display_image

Carrie Underwood will line up as a slot receiver. She is smaller in size to the other receivers but her ex boyfriends (football) and her current fiance (hockey) can teach her to take a hit.

She will not be afraid to go over the middle from the slot position. If defenders focus on Klum and Andrews, Underwood will surprise them.

Tight End—Jennifer Lopez

Jenniferlopez_display_image

Tight End says it all. No, seriously..Lopez brings size and strength to the position. She can stay in and block or run routes in the passing game.

A definite safety valve for Finch. I could see Lopez dominating games from the tight end spot.

Left Tackle—Queen Latifah

73353556

The perfect person for the left tackle position. The most important spot on the team. Queen Latifah has the size and attitude to be a star on the left side of the line.

She is responsible for protecting our quarterback's blind side. Nobody will mess with the Queen!

Left Guard—Rosie O'Donnell

Rosieodonnell_display_image

This is definitely not about looks at all. Pure size here. O'Donnell teams with the Queen on the left side of our line and protects Finch.

Nobody will get through the left side. Its all about taking up space and who better then Rosie.

Center—Kelly Clarkson

Kellyclarkson_display_image

Kelly is a little undersized but due to her recent weight gain, she will hold her own from the center spot.

Smart enough to be the leader of the O-Line and strong enough to do some blocking.

Right Guard—Denise Borino

Deniseborino_display_image

Just like our other guard, this is not about looks at all.

Borino is just a big woman who will take up space and block the opposition from getting through the line.

Plus, being a member of a "mob" family, shes a tough one!

Right Tackle—Oprah

Oprah_display_image

Oprah is a great person to be on this offensive line.

She is the hardest worker of this group. She also brings good size to the line.

Oprah is a very strong woman that will constantly do her best and won't be afraid to speak her mind. She will trash talk right back with any opponent.

Defensive End—Mariah Carey

Mariahcarey07_display_image

Mariah Carey has the ultimate combination of size and speed. She will disrupt the opposing offense.

She can stuff the run and use her speed in the pass rush.

She is a constant winner. The MVP of the D-Line.

Defensive Tackle—Missy Elliot

Missyelliot_display_image

Missy Elliot will be in the tackle spot due to her size and strength.

In our 3-4 defense, we need a defensive tackle that can stuff the run, Elliot is that person.

She has the size to hang with the bigger offensive linewomen while still sing her strength and will to get by them. One tough lady here!

Defensive End—Jessica Simpson

Jessicasimpson_display_image

Simpson is a project. She needs to stay in shape to help us here.

When in shape, she could be a major force on the defensive side of the ball.

Her size and power are similar to Mariah Carey on the other side, but she lacks the strength. Still a good defensive end.

Outside Linebacker—Laura Vandervoort

Lauravandervoort_display_image

Not a big girl, but very athletic. She can run sideline to sideline with anyone.

Has the ability to blitz or drop back in coverage. Plus, shes not afraid to play rough...she is a 2nd degree black belt.

Inside Linebacker—Britney Spears

Britneyspears_display_image

Britney brings some star power to the defense. Her athleticism is a great asset for the middle linebacker position.

She has the shoulders to bring the big hits and the legs to move around the field. She is another player that needs constant motivation however.

Inside Linebacker—Meghan Fox

Meghanfox_display_image

Do I even need to explain this? Fox is an extremely tough lady and will bring the big hits from the middle linebacker spot all game.

Fox and Spears are a very dangerous tandem in the middle of this defense.

Outside Linebacker—Beyonce

Beyonce_display_image

Our defensive captain, Beyonce has it all.

She could play defensive end as well but we moved her to outside linebacker in our 3-4 defense because she can cover receivers as well as be a major force in our blitz packages.

She will be tough for anyone to handle. Beyonce always steps up in big moments!

Cornerback—Eva Longoria

Evalongoria_display_image

Eva brings style to the cornerback position.

She is not afraid to be the center of attention and has a tendency to get very clingy.

A good quality for a cover corner.

Cornerback—Alicia Keys

Aliciakeys_display_image

Alicia Keys is simply a consistent performer. She brings the game time and time again.

Has the cover skills and is not afraid to bring the heat when needed.

Loves the New York life, so that won't be a problem.

Free Safety—Heather Mitts

Heathermitts_display_image

Being a star soccer player, Mitts is great in the open field.

She has a knack for the ball and will make plays.

An extremely clutch player. Very few players can roam a field the way she can.

Safety—Gina Carano

Ginacarano1_display_image

Make sure you tell your players to stay away from the middle of the field. They will pay when Carano puts a hit on them.

This girl is not afraid to put the hurt on you. The perfect safety!

Kicker/Punter - Hope Solo

Hopesolo_display_image

Hope Solo gets the job of both kicker and punter.

The soccer star certianly has the legs for it!

Our special teams play is all set.

Thats my team!
