The Colts Have Been There Before But Most Of The Pressure Is On Peyton.

If you watch ESPN or any other sports network or if you just listen to sports radio then you have heard the same old stuff. "The Colts have been there before they know how it feels" but at the same time you may have heard this question before "If Peyton wins this Superbowl does that make him the best Quarterback ever?".

If you ask me even if the Colts have been there before the pressure will mostly be on there quarterback (mentally). Peyton will be under the spotlight for the entire Superbowl. If you look at Peyton Manning before this postseason he was 7-8 so he didn't have a winning record in postseason. Also if you look at his postseason stats he has not been close to being as good as he has been in the regular season in the postseason. But this year statistically he had the best postseason of his career throwing 5 TD's & 1 INT.

So if he wins this one it will be his best postseason ever because of the fact when he won his first title he threw 2 TD's & 6 INT's and to some people he would be the greatest QB ever. The Saints this game will not have the most pressure because of the fact that more people expect the Colts to win then the Saints and even though Drew Brees hasn't won a championship ring he still has never been in consideration for the greatest QB ever like Peyton has.

I personally don't think Peyton will be the greatest quarterback ever if he does when it. I think I would still take John Elway as the greatest (even though many say Joe Montanna). Peyton has proven that he is the best at pre-snap reads and has proven that he can win in this league. But it will take him a while to prove that he is in the best to ever play at the quarterback position
