Here are some of the latest trade rumors around the league.
Although the list is of the top 10 trade options available, it is likely that probably only 2 of these 10 will get traded. I found my sources from around the league including espn, fanhouse, hoopsworld, hoopshype, si, yahoo sports, etc.

Ray Allen

Lately, Ray Allen has been considered an affordable trade option for the Celtics while they slowly slip away in the standings. Boston still hasn't confirmed anything with anyone but some teams have definitely inquired about Allen and these are some trade possibilities. In my opinion Celtics have too much of good chemistry going and a little slide in the standings won't allow Danny Ainge to make any rash decisions.

The Bulls have inquired in a possibility of sending Kirk Hinrich and Johnn Salmons for Ray Allen. In this case the bull's talent really don't match or mesh well with the Celtics rotation, so it seems unlikely this deal will go ahead.

The Heat were also on Ray Allen's list but only if they consider him for the offseason. If Miami does end up signing a big free agent like James, Bosh, or Stoudamire, Ray would definitely sign with the Heat for a last chance at another ring.

The last team is the Knicks but at this point all I've heard is he would consider them for personal reasons.

Brendan Haywood

The Wizards are taking a whole new approach to their new revised team now that both Arenas and Crittenton have been suspended for the season. It does make sense considering your star player is out. So with trade buzz going on, these are the latest on Haywood.

Miami is interested but is highly unlikely at this point considering a deal like this will have to involve cash. With Wizards and Heat trying to get under the tax luxury for offseason, this deal won't happen.

Portland has also been interested in him and if they don't make a run for Jamison, they'll need another big guy to replace Oden's roster spot.

Antawn Jamison

Antawn Jamison has been rumored to leave Washington and soon. He's one of the players with a high possibility of leaving if the team finds a likely suitor.
The only team though that has seriously inquired about Jamison has been the Cavs.

It is rumored Jamison for Ilgauskas but for luxury reasons it hasn't come to an agreement. The Wizards are asking for J.J. Hickson, but at this point the Cav's aren't willing to give him up just yet.

Troy Murphy

The Pacers have Troy Murphy on the trading block and have announced it publicly. They have even made an offer to the Cav's already. The Cav's will likely refuse due to how much the Pacers are asking for. Cleveland doesn't think J.J. Hickson and Ilgauskas are worth giving up for a subpar player like Murphy at this point in the season.

But with that said, the Pacers are making offers so It definitely wouldn't seem unlikely if we see another team trying to snatch the 3 point swingman.

Nate Robinson

The Knicks are trying to add the right amount of role players with good defensive skills as well as offensive mentality to entice Lebron James. So along with Jared Jeffries, Nate Robinson has been rumored to leave NY. The Knicks have been back and forth with Boston Celtics to see if they can actually get a deal in the works. Although those trade rumors have died out don't count out the Knicks to surprise you with some last minute trades.

Tayshaun Prince

The Detroit Pistons have certainly flopped this season and it just doesn't seem to get any better as they approach the All-Star break. I've actually read from some good sources that it will either be Tayshaun or Rip Hamilton that will likely be packing up their bags for younger, better assets. With a 16-31 record and a 12th spot in the Eastern Conference(last in their division) you just can't help to realize that a trade is brewing in Detroit. It is not sure as of today who their replacements might be. With a little less than two weeks away from the trade deadline, I wouldn't be surprised if I see a few names come up in trade rumors involving Detroit.

Kirk Hinrich

The Bulls have turned their sloppy start around and have actually stunned some teams. They have finished strong in January and have turned around their playoffs hopes with a 5-2 record in the past 7 games. Although with their team chemistry in question as they sit in the last playoff spot, trade talks are all but inevitable at this time. So with that said, Kirk Hinrich stands on top of the list with two possible destinations already set for him.

Boston rumors have leaked out the unlikely trade involving ray allen for hinrich and salmons. Danny Ainge just laughed those rumors off, so that's not a good sign for the Bulls.

Andre Iguodala

The Sixer's stand at a 17-31 record after tonight's overtime thriller win against Chicago. But even with that victory boost, they still stand low in the standings and are ready to make changes that are desperately needed. After the addition of the overrated Iverson, they thought they're problems would certainly come to an end with a big three combination of Iverson, Iguodala, and Brand. Well they couldn't of been more wrong. It seemed that Iverson is destined to make a team worse as he joins them. At this point they should think of trading him again than their star player. Well let's see how trying to trade Iguodala works for them.

Cleveland has been in talks with Sixers and I think offers are close. Iguodala for J.J. Hickson and Ilgauskas are the latest heard. So I guess trade talks regarding this will keep on as the these two weeks pass by.

Houston is also in the mix. A straight up T-Mac for Iguodala has been rumored. It does make sense for both teams, so let's see what the future has in store for both these teams.

Tracy McGrady

The Houston Rockets have proven that you don't need an All-Star to make a run at the playoffs. With good role players and team chemistry, you're bound to deliver some W's. So the only plausible trade that makes sense and actually has been rumored to be close to becoming true is T-Mac for Andre Iguodala.

I'm on board for this, I think it will definitely help both teams in the long run.

Amare Stoudamire

The final trade rumor that actually has been the big buzz around the NBA is Amare going to............pretty much every team out there. Every team has inquired about Stoudamire and have made offers already. Everyone wants a piece of the Stoudamire, but which teams makes the most sense. Keep in mind, more teams would definitely make more offers if it wasn't for Stoudamire's chance at opting out this summer. Even if he is traded before the deadline, he can easily opt out after being with that team half a season. But some breaking news that will put Phoenix fans at rest this season are that he stated today he is leaning on not opting out this summer. So right now it is at 50/50 on if he will be traded or where he will land.
Here are some the options that have been discussed as to where Stoudamire will be February 18.

Miami - Jermaine O' Neal or Michael Beasley for Stoudamire.

Nets - Courtney Lee and and cap relief for Stoudamire.

Spurs - Manu Ginobili for Stoudamire.

Cavs - J.J. Hickson and Ilgauskas for Stoudamire.

Warriors - Raja Bell and Speedy Claxton for Stoudamire.

Pistons - Tayhsaun Prince or Charlie Villanueva for Stoudamire.

Bulls - Jerome James, Tyrus Thomas, Taj Gibson, and Jannero Pargo for Jason Collins and Stoudamire.
