Buffalo Bills Brian Moorman: NFL All Decade Team

Paul SalmanSenior Analyst IFebruary 1, 2010

One can argue that the Buffalo Bills have been the worst team in the AFC in the 2000's. They are the only team without a playoff berth all decade (Houston Texas were an expansion team in 2002 and also did not make the playoffs all decade, but again they were an expansion team in 2002.) So when looking at the all decade team, it was clear to me that I would not find any Buffalo Bills on the list. However, I was proven wrong, and I should have known. When you are that bad for that long, one player on the team gets to exhibit his talent more than he would on any other decent team - The Punter!

The Buffalo Bills remind me, and all of us just how bad this decade was with their one lone member of the all decade team being Brian Moorman.

Brian Moorman is so good, or the Bills are so bad, that when you go to a Bills game, you actually see fans wearing a Moorman jersey! Who goes out to buy the jersey of a punter?!?! Well when your team is this bad for this long, I guess Bills fans do.
