Kurt Warner is a 2-time MVP and has 3 superbowl appearances and has won one of them and he has a story in the NFL that may never be told again. Kurt Warner is leaving behind an organization that needs a franchise qb and signs are all pointing to Matt Leinart but let's step back and look at all the possibilities.
Now I have been down on Leinart but even though he does have his downs he also has his ups like the Titans game ( Vince Young did beat them on the game winner but Leinart wasn't playing defense) The Reason I have been down on him is the fact that he has shown to be inaccurate and turn the ball over. But who knows maybe he has learned something from Kurt Warner. There is some potential with Leinart
The Guy is an experienced veteran he hasn't played in the NFL for a while but he replace Kurt Warner he is accurate I think he could be a good fit in the cardinals system and with Aquan Boldin (possibly) Steve Breaston & Larry Fitzgerald he can be great and when he became the first 7th round pick to throw for 400 yards what other WR did he have other T.O and when you look up his highlights and see what he did you could just see the potential and with the potential he has and the WR's and the coach he would have could be so great! I know this might sound crazy I wouldn't be surprised if they are contenders again with Tim Rattay.
There are all kinds of reports that he could be traded to the cardinals (even tho I think we would most likely see him with the raiders despite his faith in Jamarcus Russel) and I think it would be a great fit with the cardinals they have better receivers than the eagles do and this is offense that likes the pass more than the run similar to the offense in Philly and Mcnabb is more mobile than Warner is and might have a better arm then he does and I would not be surprised if they had Major Success
He is very talented and has a Brett Favre-like arm and can throw it like the best of them. Now when he comes in he will be just a rookie but with the right coaching he can be a superstar in the NFL
He was really impressive in the senior bowl and he was the best quarterback on the field. He showed off some arm strength and what he did in college is impressive as well most touchdowns in FBS history and a winner he could be a quarterback that I would take a long look at if I'm the cardinals
Marc Bulger has really regressed in the last couple of years and had an injury as well and now it doesn't look like he'll be coming back to the rams and I know that some of you are asking why would he be Kurt Warners Replacement well at his best he is very accurate and does look like a reflection of Kurt Warner and who knows maybe he can make a comeback just like Kurt did.
I know some will criticize pennington for his weak arm but let's not forget about his accuracy and when he retires he will have the highest career completion percentage in nfl history and in the 2008-09 season he had the best year of his career and even though he is coming off a shoulder injury I still believe he can be the same old accurate chad from the past and I think he can make the cardinals in to contenders and it wasn't Kurt Warner's arm that helped the Cardinals to there first superbowl it was his accuracy and Chad Pennington has that accuracy that can lead the cardinals to the "promise land".
