Should The New Jersey Nets Trade For Amare Stoudemire?

There are some rumors and reports floating around that the NJ Nets may make some moves before the trade deadline, February 18th. One potential trade involves the Nets acquiring Amare Stoudemire from the Phoenix Suns. This is an interesting idea.

Stoudemire is a scorer, averaging 21.1 points per game for his career. We all know by now the Nets need people that can score. The Suns are probably thinking they will not resign Stoudemire once his contract runs out, so why not see what they can get for him now. The Nets just might have the pieces to pull off a trade like this.

The Nets have ten draft picks over the next three years. They can give up one of those picks in this deal. New Jersey also has some young talent the Suns may be interested in.
