Who Wants to See Edge Come Back at the Rumble? Everybody, That's Who

Whistler's MotherContributor IJanuary 25, 2010

A lot of people have been saying that Edge might come back at the Royal Rumble.  Even me.  It would be awesome.  Remember when John Cena came back at the Royal Rumble?  I do, because it was cool and exciting.  Nobody expected it either.

Just today somebody asked me if I thought Edge would come back at this year’s Royal Rumble.  I don’t know the answer but I suppose I could have made one up or acted like I knew and wasn’t going to tell.  Instead, I told him I didn’t know and then I got on the Internet because there is a lot of wrestling news there.

Now in case you’ve never heard of the Internet, some of the things you read on there are true and some things are not true.   I read up on Edge for about an hour before realizing that I was actually reading about ‘The Edge” from U2 and not the wrestler named “Edge.”  I think that song “Desire” from U2 is good, but I don’t really like their stuff that much.  It would be neat if Edge used a U2 song as his entrance music but I don’t think a lot of people would get the joke.

I also read up about injuries on WebMD and it turns out that sometimes people can heal faster than expected, especially if they have good care and they take medicine.

I really think Edge is a pretty good wrestler and I would like to see him come back at this year’s Royal Rumble.  Most of my research indicates that this might happen but then again, it might not.   I’m not sure.  It would be cool, though.  This is the WWE, though and sometimes you might expect something to happen and it doesn’t.  Or if it does, it’s not the way you expected it to be.  Then there are the times when something completely different happens and you’re like, “Wow, I didn’t think that was going to happen but it did.  I’m hungry.”

Thank you for reading this and please drive safely and don’t use electrical appliances while bathing or showering.

PS:  What do you guys think?
