Oakland Raiders: Top 10 Free Agents To Target

This will be a list of free agents I think can most help the Raiders next year and beyond. Remember, however, with no CBA in place, some players will be harder than others to sign.
I will also try to be realistic in the assessment of salary cap, etc. In other words, this will not look like a fantasy team or something you'd assemble on Madden.
Vince Wilfork
The Raiders struggle to stop the run. Wilfork is an elite run stopping defensive tackle. He makes everyone on the defense better with his presence.
If I could have only one free agent this year, my choice would be Wilfork.
Logan Mankins
Tough, consistent, and dependable. Has started 77 games but at only 28 years old has plenty left in the tank. Mankins and Gallery would be one of the best guard combos in the league.
Donald Penn
Extremely underrated, Penn is equally as good in the run or pass game. Only 27 and has a long career ahead of him. Signing a quality left tackle like Penn could free the Raiders up to fill other needs in the draft.
Barrett Ruud
Surely Tampa doesn't let this guy get away, do they? If they do he'd be a great fit in Oakland as a true middle linebacker. Signing Ruud would allow the Raiders to move Kirk Morrison outside to his natural position.
Dunta Robinson
Robinson would be a huge upgrade to the Raiders secondary. He could start opposite Nnamdi allowing Chris Johnson to be the third corner. Bye, bye Stanford Routt!
Brandon Marshall
I doubt Denver let's it happen if he ends up restricted, but the Raiders should definitely try. Marshall would add a serious weapon to the offense and would get a chance to stick it to Josh McDaniels twice a year. Crazier things have happened!
David Carr
I'm thoroughly convinced he's the best free agent QB on the market. He's also recharged and ready to lead a team. While I still haven't given up on Russell, I'd love to see Carr brought in to compete for the job.
Kevin Walter
Catches everything thrown his way. Walter could be a serious threat in the slot for Oakland.
Ryan Pickett
A big time run stuffer, Pickett could be a huge asset. Especially if the Raiders are unable to land Wilfork. Pickett is a good Plan B.
Brandon Manumaleuna
Excellent blocker who makes an occasional play in the passing game. The perfect second tight end and a nice backup for Miller.
