2010 LSU Recruits:Good/Bad

Jeffrey VaccaroContributor IJanuary 22, 2010

Obviously LSU is a contender for the conference and national championships every year, but with this years recruiting class I honestly do not know if we can keep that up.  I mean seriously with our best recruit being Travis Dickson, brother of Richard Dickson and 4-star recruit, the days of national prominence may be over.  He is only the 57th ranked prospect in the ESPN150.  With Florida, Alabama, and Texas reloading yet again LSU could very well end next year in the 6th or so range in the SEC.

As for returning players we bring back 5 players on offense, 4 players on defense, and our kicker and punter return.  We lose one of our best players in Chad Jones to the NFL after his Jr. year.
