Derek Dooley made a very impressive wide receivers coach hire today in Charlie Baggett. Baggett's most impressive stat is that he coached Randy Moss and Chris Carter up in Minnesota before moving to Miami to coach Chris Chambers to his 2005 Pro Bowl year.

Baggett spent the last year coaching the St. Louis Rams, which could be the reason he decided to switch over to Tennessee. The most exciting part is this move could influence five star recruit Markeith Ambles to stay with Tennessee, as it's looking like he could be switching his verbal commitment to LSU.

And don't worry about Jim Chaney. He got the promotion to be the offensive coordinator. So far I'm impressed with the hires Dooley has done. Maybe this year won't be so bad after all. Now if we can just pull a very impressive defensive coordinator, that would be great.
