Joe Lombardi who is currently the quarterbacks coach in New Orleans. He is the grandson of Hall Of Fame Coach Vince Lombardi. Possibly the greatest coach ever.

Young Lombardi is currently on the path to possiably hoist the trophy with his family name o n it. How many people can say that?

He has been a big part for the success of quarterback Drew Brees here in New Orleans. Since becoming quarterback coach Brees has thrown for 9,000 plus yards and over 60 touchdowns.

Lombardi also has been a defensive assistant coach for the Atlanta Falcons. He is very well versed in his own right as a coach.

Lombardi could very well be one of the hot coaching names in years to come. Especially with the performance of Drew Brees under his tutelage.

With only the Vikings standing in the way look for Sean Payton and Lombardi to unleash hell this weekend. Lombardi should be more motivated then any other coach on the staff to get to this Superbowl.

With a chance to hold the trophy nammed after his grandfather, Joe Lombardi looks forward to this weekend. Only four quaters away from playing for the trophy that he carrys the last name of.
