Brett Favre News Shocker: A Loss "Could Very Well Be My Last Game"

It has begun. Just about as shocking as Mark McGwire's steroid announcement, Brett Favre has started his retirement talk to ESPN's Ed Werder.
Favre stated, "If you win, you go on. If you lose, you're done—and for me—that could very well be my last game."
Favre became Dallas Cowboy's bulletin board fodder earlier in the week. He had announced that "it will be a shock" if the Vikings lose to the Cowboys. So I guess he is prepared to play at least one more week, with a NFC Championship on the line in New Orleans.
First, Favre and the Minnesota Vikings must beat the visiting Dallas Cowboys. Minnesota is 8-0 at home this year. The last time they lost under the Teflon roof, was the final game of the preseason. That defeat was against the Cowboys.
