He was the most explosive player on the Eagles, maybe in the NFL this year.
Every time he caught a pass or fielded a punt you held your breath, because you could feel that something special was about to happen.
And more often than not, something did.
No one else has been able to affect the game the way Jackson has.
Dante Hall, Devin Hester, Josh Cribbs all great punt returners, not so great in any other phase of the game.
Randy Moss might be the best deep pass catcher the NFL has seen, but I've never seen him make eleven men like stupid on a single play.
This is what Jackson brings to the table.
If someone came out with a list of top ten plays for the Eagles, how many would feature the 5'10" dynamo?
Seven? All ten???
At least 8, for the times he's scored touchdowns going for 50 or more yards...
The other accomplishment he seldom gets credit for is loosening up one Andy Reid. Has any other player in Eagles history dared to chest bump the big man? Actually I've never seen anyone even brave enough to try. That fact maybe more than anything else makes Jackson a definite game changer.
