It is being reported that a criminal complaint was filed near Boston, MA against Randy Orton for assault and battery.

A 15-year-old old autograph seeker confronted Orton in the parking lot of a well known eatery where WWE stars are known to hang out while in Boston. 

After asking for his autograph, Orton allegedly spit gum in his face and screamed obscenities until the boy's mother intervened on her son's behalf.

The boy's mother told Orton that was enough and that he should treat children better to which Orton responded, "so sue me."

Another teenager in the parking lot told police in Saugas, MA where the incident occurred that he could back up the victim's story as he was a witness to how it all went down.

Not sure where this goes from here, but we shall see as it unfolds.
