Continuing from Part One, Part Two of the slideshow discusses Saturday's matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and the Baltimore Ravens. Yesterday, I listed five sleepers to watch from the Baltimore Ravens (check my profile if interested).
Today, I have listed five players that the average NFL fan might not know of, but their impact can help to keep the Colts season alive.
For those of you who aren't familiar with Austin Collie, you will hear his name a few times during Saturday's game. Collie has made a name for himself in the Indy receiving corps behind Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark.
Collie is known for his speed and may have an edge against the weakened Baltimore secondary. He will need to have a big impact, as Clark and Wayne will be heavily monitored.
Another receiver to look out for is Pierre Garcon. Garcon, who was the biggest performer in the victory over the Ravens earlier in the season, hauled in six receptions for 108 yards against Baltimore. He is a great compliment to the two main targets on the Colts offense.
He has shown his production to Colts Nation, but for those who don't recognize him, be sure to keep an eye on this receiver.
The Colts defensive line discussion usually revolves around veterans Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis. However, Raheem Brock has progressed this season as a linbacker/defensive end.
He was third on the team in sacks, and will play an important role in the game this weekend. He must bring pressure against the Ravens line, who handled Freeney and Mathis well in the first meeting.
If Brock brings the pressure on Saturday, he will have an on the outcome of the game.
Jacob Lacey is one of the few rookies that starts on this Colts team and he has stepped up in a big way with the injuries to the secondary.
Lacey is second on the team with three interceptions and will be challenged during the game as the Ravens offense looks to get Mark Clayton more involved in the offense.
Will Lacey keep Clayton in check? Something will have to give in this matchup.
Some may come to see it as a surprise that Donald is No. 1 on this list. However, his role is quite important, as he needs to help stabilize the balance of the Colts offense.
The Ravens rush defense has returned to form and Donald Brown will be a component, especially on third downs.
Donald Brown gets a good portion of his touches within the redzone, so we shall wait and see whether this rookie can step up his game in the spotlight.
