New Orleans Saints makes about as much sense as the New York Rednecks. This team and its fans are going to be devastated after this weekend’s game.

As I left New Orleans I saw a sign that read” Will the last Saint please turn off the lights!”

Warner is going to sift this defense. Saints are more complete and more talented. No question. The Saint curse will continue.

1987 was the last time the Saints had a great record.  The Saints record was 13-3 and they had home field advantage.  This team was heavily favored. Same hype as is today.

New Orleans residents were already planning several “voodoo” parties.

This team was one and done. The lowly Minnesota Vikings came to town and stomped the Saints 44-10. No “Girls Gone Wild” parties, no streets that would be littered with urine.

No streets littered with needles or bras. No feces smell.

Bobby Hebert was the Quarterback. He was a local hero from Louisiana.

I remember the game quite well. Terry Bradshaw had a nervous breakdown.  This was the biggest loss in Saints history. This weekend’s loss will be even bigger.

Arizona Cardinals are a team that nobody respects or thinks should be in the playoffs. Heck I am one of them.

Warner and his Army bring plenty of weapons. Warner also brings experience. The Saints have talent but no experience.
