2008 NFC West Preview

Mike DiMauro@miked31784Senior Writer IJune 24, 2008

Since everyone else is predicting on how NFL teams will do in the 2008 season, I think it's my turn. I will write an article for each division, and then an article predicting the playoffs. Here we go:

This article, I will tell you my predictions for the NFC West.

2008 Final Standings:

Seattle Seahawks: 11-5

Arizona Cardinals: 8-8

San Francisco 49ers: 8-8

St. Louis Rams: 6-10

The Seahawks will win the division because until someone else proves that they are the team in the NFC West, you can expect them to win the title. Also, this is Mike Holmgren's last season and it would be nice to see them win the title for him.

The Cardinals will have a good year and be at .500. The Cardinals will have a chance to win the title in 2009.

The 49ers are a questionable team right now. I expect them to finish at .500.

The Rams are going to have a rebuilding year after the 3-13 season they had in 2007.
