As the 2008 NBA draft comes up, all anyone is talking about is who should be drafted first. Many general mangers would love to have the first pick and drool over these two outstanding athletes, but really, would you rather have the second pick in the draft?

We all know, or at least are 95% sure, the Chicago Bulls are either going to draft Michael Beasley or Derrick Rose. And just like last year's draft with the Seattle Supersonics, who ever the Bulls don't draft will most likely fall right into the Heat's hands.

There is way less pressure to have the second overall draft pick, and one still should get a fairly decent player. But this doesn't mean the Heat should just not do scouting or anything, you never know who might be the next big star of the NBA. The last thing the Heat want is the next Darko Milicic.
