Well the first half of the national championship is in the books, and the main headline story is the injury to Colt McCoy. On Texas first series of the game McCoy suffered a apparent shoulder injury that leaves the remainder of the game in question. Without McCoy the Texas, team not only offense looked lost out on the field. Texas scored two quick field goals off Alabama miscues, but they have struggled to move the ball, getting just one first down after the 2 field goals. the first half was dominated by Ingram who rushed for a TD. Richardson of Alabama also broke off a 49 yard TD run as well. The score rests at 17-6 Alabama!!
