Should WWE be worried about TNA?

I saw the Raw am rating which was 1.14 which was one of the best ratings for the show since it began. Should WWE Or TNA be worried about this i'll explain and would like to know your thoughts.

For WWE this means they didn't actually watch Raw instead they decided to watched TNA, it also shows that TNA does actually have some pulling power.

For TNA the Raw am rating was nearly the same as TNA's rating nobody can say that the Raw am rating is always high because it isn't. Was it the fans were disappointed with their product and what they saw they decided to catch up on WWE and maybe follow WWE.
