The Pittsburgh Steelers coaching controversy has been in the head of all Steelers fans, throughout this week. Every Steelers fan in America wants to see a new offensive coordinator, well at least I do.

However if you do not know, Bruce Arians is keeping his job. However he is in his last year of his contract, meaning he could be done if he doesn’t produce.

Instead Mike Tomlin fires the offensive line’s coach Larry Zeirlein and the QB Coach Ken Anderson retires.

So what’s next for the Steelers offense? Mike Tomlin tweeted that “The necessary changes will come. These aren't knee-jerk reactions or quick decisions. My mentality will always be 2 make appropriate changes.”

In conclusion, this may have been a start, seeing that Tomlin acknowledged that changes in assistant coaches are possible, the Steelers coaching shake-up hasn’t ended. More people may be out of their jobs, but we’ll have to wait and see.
