Representatives from the camps of both Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather will meet Tuesday in Santa Monica, CA. to try to work through the issues that are stalling the proposed March 13 showdown. Retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein will mediate.

Manny Pacquiao will be represented by promoter Bob Arum and Todd DuBoef, president of Top Rank Promotions.

Arum was quoted on Sunday as saying that in order for talks to resume, Mayweather's team would be required to drop their demand for random blood testing and that every member of the team would have to issue a public apology to Pacquiao for suggesting that he had used performance-enhancing drugs.
