As a University of Cincinnati Alumni, today is unfamiliar territory.  A New Year's day that includes waiting around for us to play in the prime time game.  I woke up like a kid at Christmas...sporting my OFFICIAL 2010 Sugar Bowl long sleeved T-shirt, UC hoodie, and my C paw-print hat...ready to go.

I positioned myself on the couch six hours ago in anticipation and have been doing nothing but waiting.  A game that everyone, including Grandma, says we've got no chance of winning.  We are playing away...our head coach abandoned us...and we're playing the team that is PROBABLY the most talented in College Football...but here I am eagerly awaiting the biggest game in school history.

All I can hope for is the Tony and Marty go nuts...inspired by the critics dismissing them and hoping to climb up a few picks and into the first round.  Anything could happen.
