It has just been announced that Florida football coach Urban Meyer is stepping down, and will be coaching his final game for Florida when the Gators play Cincinnati in the Sugar Bowl on New Years' Day. Meyer, 45 has been with the Gators since 2005, guiding his Gators to 2 national championships. Citing health reasons, Meyer stepping down is bound to create huge ramifications around both the college football scene, as well as the NFL. The rumor mill will be swirling, but in the end, Meyer is doing this for himself and his family. Not for football. Good
