John Wall is wasting his time in college. He is largely responsible for the Wildcats 13-0 start to the season. Now yes he is getting some help from teammates like Patrick Patterson who said "If we need a crunch-time basket we give it to John", and DeMarcus Couisins, but Wall is averaging the most points on the team per game(17.9), the most assists per game on his team per game (6.8), and the 3rd most rebounds per game (4.0) on the Wildcats. Wall scored 12 of the Wildcats last 15 points in the game against Connecticut showing that he can score at will. Wall is a legitimate player of the year candidate and is projected to go in the top 5 in ESPN's mock draft. Wall is one of those special cases that could have made a successful jump from highschool to the NBA, but wasn't given a chance to because of the NBA Draft's age restriction.
