I feel that Kyle Busch made the right decision by not going out to Milwaukee this weekend to race in the Nationwide Series or the Trucks because the ultimate prize in NASCAR is the Sprint Cup. At one point this season, he was either leading all three series or was in second place in the standings.
Right now as it looks, Busch is still leading the Sprint Cup series by 32 points over Jeff Burton. In the Nationwide series, he is in fifth place trailing Clint Bowyer by 243 points. In the Craftman Truck series, he is in 13th place trailing Johnny Benson by 217 points.
Even though he has made all the starts so far for the Nationwide Series, his main goal is to get that Sprint Cup and by going out to Milwaukee, racing in a series that he trails by 243 points in, Kyle Busch made the right decision by stay at Infineon this weekend.
Busch will start in the 30th position tomorrow for the race at Infineon.
