If anyone enters WWE, they have to start in ECW. This will allow the company’s minor-league call-ups to get their feet wet without being crushed by the big stars every week.

WWE can also invite promising independent talent to wrestle in ECW. It won't matter if they win or lose. The fans could vote on who they like the best, and the two who receive the most votes every six months will earn a full-time contract.

This will allow fans to see guys like Low-Ki, Chris Hero, Bryan Danielson and Mike Quackenbush, and, if the fans want them in the big time, they will be there.

To make it in WWE, the new guys would have to go through veterans like Tommy Dreamer, Stevie Richards, Hardcore Holly, William Regal and Val Venis.

This plan would energize all three brands. Every wrestler would be important in the context of his or her show, so every match and every interview would be important.

It would shake up the WWE and attract new fans to all three shows. Let's see it!
