Both Cung Le and Josh "The Punk" Thomson participated in a media workout on Dec.16, leading up to this Saturday night's Strikeforce: Evolution fight card which will be held at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., and will be televised live on Showtime.

The workout was held at Cung Le's Universal Strength Headquarters. All photos were taken by Kevin Blake.
