So I have been hearing this rumor all day about Jim Otto having a conversation with Jon Gruden about coming back to Oakland to coach the Raiders.  Does anyone have any proof about this conversation, ie.. a radio show it was played on or an article from a legit source saying this? If so please leave a link in the comments.
