Yes, the Flyers are 13th in the Eastern Conference. Yes, there last in the Atlantic Division. Yes they have lost eight of there last ten. Yes they fired there coach.

But, the Flyers have enough talent on this team to get out of this slump.

Every team goes through tough times during the year. The Flyers are no exception.

They have a new coach. Are battling inury problems, and have multiple players suspended.

Are Flyers Fans worried? Of course we are.

But, have faith Flyer fans. We know these slumps all too well, they just usually happen at the end of the season.

The Flyers have a big week ahead, playing games against rival and Winter Classic foe the Boston Bruins, two games against interstate rival Penguins, and a prime time game against the Rangers of New York.

Boston and Pittsburgh both have won seven of thier last ten, while the Rangers have also struggled.

If the Flyers want to calm the worrying down, they need to play inspired hockey all week against tough opponents.

Can they get out of this slump early enough to make a playoff run?

Only time will tell.
