Fantasy baseball owners of Chien Ming-Wang have a big decision to make regarding an ace-level starting pitcher.

Following his injury on Sunday rounding third base in the sixth inning of the Yanks’ 13-0 victory in Houston, Wang had an MRI Monday in Manhattan. The MRI confirmed he has a mid-foot sprain of the Lisfranc ligament and a partial tear of the peroneal longus tendon of the right foot.

Wang is expected to wear a protective boot on his right foot and walk on crutches for six weeks. Full rehab of the injury could take up to 10 weeks, putting Wang’s return to the Yankees rotation somewhere around Week 22 of the fantasy baseball season.

How should fantasy baseball owners handle Wang's injury? Use a DL spot? Cut ties? Check out Fantasy Baseball Dugout for full analysis of how to handle Wang's injury on your fantasy roster.
