I really don't think the leader that we need is on the team. ( Richard Seymour can only do so much on the line.)

I know that some of you may list Morrison as that leader. I just don't see it, he is talented. Playing for his hometown team. So that would be the perfect fit, but like I said I just don't see it.

The leader that we want, no the leader that we need. Is like Seymour he should come from a winning team. he also needs to have been in the league for a little bit. We have a lot  of young guys on the team so we need to get some age on the roster to help lead. He has been around so he will be able to help pull the team together win times get hard.

He also needs to be a Middle linebacker so we can move Morrison to the outside. Where I think he will do a better job. With him and Scott on the outside. This new linbacker will be able to help them along.

If they cant find this middle linebacker. Then the raiders should go really hard at Shawne Merriman. He is a outside linebacker. but they can keep Morrison in the middle then we will have the Merriman and Scott on the outside keeping up the pressure.

Cause the Chargers will need to sign Vincent Jackson in the offseason so they may let Merriman go.
