For most leagues, this is the week that decides who goes to the fantasy football playoffs this season. What players should be your clincher in the league?

Quarterback

Most Favorable Matchup: Drew Brees vs. Atlanta Falcons - Donovan McNabb and Michael Vick made scoring on Atlanta look easy, Drew Brees could do the same without question.

Other Top QB Options this week: Jason Campbell, Aaron Rodgers, Matt Schaub, Tom Brady, Philip Rivers, Tony Romo

Quarterbacks to sit: Brett Favre, Eli Manning, Alex Smith

Runningback

Most Favorable Matchup: Chris Johnson vs. St. Louis Rams - The top rusher in the league facing off against a team that, on average, allows over 150 yards per game to runningbacks. Chris Johnson is working toward a record, and will probably see a lot of the ball in an easy win.

Other good RB options: Maurice Jones-Drew, Ricky Williams, Ray Rice, Aidrian Peterson

Runningbacks to sit: Joseph Addai, Ryan Grant, Cedric Benson, DeAngelo Williams

Receivers

Most Favorable Matchup: Derrick Mason vs. Detroit Lions - The Lions passing defense is so bad, that they even made Brady Quinn look good. Although Rice should do a lot of the work in Baltimore, Derrick Mason should get quite a few looks.

Other good receiver options: Donald Driver, Greg Jennings, Malcom Floyd, Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin, Miles Austin, Wes Welker, Brandon Marshall, Pierre Garcon.

Tight Ends

Most Favorable Matchup: Visanthe Shaincoe vs. Cincinatti Bengals - The Bengals have a very stout defense this year, and the Viking have turned into a passing team overnight. Favre will probably have to force a lot of passes in this one, normally a Tight End is your ace in the hole in those situations.

Other TEs to start: Heath Miller, Antonio Gates, Todd Heap, Jermichael Finley, Vernon Davis, Dallas Clark, Kellen Winslow

Defenses

Most Favorable Matchup: Baltimore Ravens vs. Detroit Lions - The Lions have finally decided to save Matthew Stafford's life and let him rest out his injury. What will Detroit do against a defense that is already great?

Other good Defenses: Arizona, New England, Green Bay, New York (Jets), San Diego, Tennessee, Pittsburgh
