The New England Patriots: A Winning Machine

Belichick

IconLed by Bill Belichick, the New England Patriots are demolishing every team they face.

For two straight weeks, they almost broke 50 points on the scoreboardthe first time against the Cowboys, supposedly the best team in the NFC, and the second against Miami, the worst team in the AFC.

Brady threw for a career best six TDs over 300 yards, and showed no signs of slowing down. He is on pace to beat Manning's TD record and has not let his injured shoulder bother him.

Maroney looked like he is getting over his groin injury though, going for 31 yards on six carries. Brady showed that he did not need the ground attack, airing it out against the Miami D twice to Moss, twice to Welker, once to Stallworth, and once to Kyle Brady. The Patriots were playing without Ben Watson and still had a great air attack. The Defense seemed a little shaky, but then again they put in their bench in the second half.

Turning Point in season: Pats vs Colts.

We will find out who is the best in this clash of the titans. Expect Brady to show up in a big way against a suspect Colts secondary. Also, Peyton is 2-7 against the Patriots.

This week: Pats beat the Redskins 55-28.
