This is a billboard of pride I am posting for you, AL Davis.

While another group has posted a most insulting billboard so as to discredit your
decisions, I give you this, sir.

They have you down, but you are not out. They cannot see the future, or this upcoming Dynasty, and are blind to the fact that this team is completely loaded for the future.

They don't acknowledge your fourth-round steal (Louis Murphy) or seventh-round steal (Chaz Schilens), one and two-year guys who made the world champs look like world chumps.

They don't acknowledge the TE you turned into a DE then into an LB whose key sack contributed to the win.

They won't give you credit for the other guys you brilliantly drafted who made it happen today—Mike Mitchell, Justin Fargas, Darren McFadden, Johnnie Lee Higgins, Zach Miller, Sebastian Janikowski, and Shane Lechler.

They cry about JaMarcus Russell, but fail to mention that you hired Ted Tolner who recommended Bruce Gradkowski.

They don't see how far Murphy has come and the weekly progress from DHB, BLIND.

They wrote off our franchise QB after 24 starts (1.5 seasons).

They have no patience with our youth and are "What have you done for me lately" people.

Your boys had the "Will to Win" Sunday and will build on this, and know they can play with anyone—even in anyone's house.

Your coach called a good game and had his team ready.

Your defense attacked and confused Big Ben.  You could see the doubt on the Pitt sideline throughout the game.

Congratulations, Al, for this well deserved win!
