Tuesday 23rd october 2007 All Teams in Groups E,F,G,H play

Group E

Rangers v Barcelona

Both teams are boasting 100% starts to the champions league in Group E. Rangers will have thier work cut out and I think it will be Barcelona that maintain the 100% record despite losing 3-1 in La Liga at the weekend.

VfB Stuttgart v Lyon

Both teams are looking to pick up their first points of the competition after losing 2 out of 2

Group F 

Dynamo Kiev v Manchester United

Manchester United travel to Kiev on boasting 100% record in this champions league and on the back of to games and in which scored 4 goals in both. Kiev are yet to pick up any points after defeats to Roma and Sporting Lisbon

Roma v Sporting Lisbon

Both team have beaten Kiev and will be looking to go clear into 2nd position with a win against their opponents.

Group G

CSKA Moscow v Inter Milan

Inter Milan travel to Moscow looking to pick up their 2nd win of the tournament, but CSKA will be trying to stop them and move of the foot of the table.

PSV v Fenerbahce

Fenebache are unbeaten with 1 win and 1 draw this season, while PSV have got 3 points with a a win.

Group H

Arsenal v Slavia Prague

Arsenal are currently top of Group H with 6 points and a 100% record, While Slavia Prague are joint 2nd on 3 points with Sevilla who play Steaua Bucharest on Wesnesday.

Sevilla v Steaua Bucharest

Sevilla are lookin to pull back some points on arsenal and go clear into 2nd on 6 points should they win, While Bucharest are lookin to get off the bottom of the table with their first victory.

Wednesday 24th October 2007 All teams in Groups A,B,C,D play

Group A                                                                                                       

Besiktas v Liverpool

Liverpool looking for their first champions league win after 2 dissapointing results against Marseille and Porto.

Marseille v Porto

Marseille looking to maintain their 100% record this season and host Porto who are also unbeaten with 1 win and a draw against Besiktas and Liverpool respectivly.

Group B

Rosenborg v Valencia

Valencia travel away to Rosenborg trying to pick up their 2nd win and hopefully if Chelsea beat Schalke they go clear into 2nd position.

Chelsea v Schalke

Chelsea trying to maintain their unbeaten start to the champions league after a win againt Valencia and a poor home draw against Rosenborg. 

Group C

Werder Bremen v Lazio

Werder Bremen looking for their first win against a Lazio team that have drawn the first two games and came from behina against Madrid.

Real Madrid v Olympiakos

Both teams are level on 4 points at the top of the table and look to continue their unbeaten starts.

Group D

Benfica v Celtic

Celtic travel away on the back of a great win against AC Milan at Celtic Park, however Benfica can be a tricky place to play as Man United found out a few seasons ago. Benfica are yet to pick up any points.

 

AC Milan v Shaktar Donesk

Shaktar are looking to extend their 100% start to this seasons champions league, while Milan are looking to bounce back after a poor result against Celtic, The Play acting Dida will be facing his suspension.

  1. I understand the point..but hey..let's work together coz it's a Bleacher Report community. of course, we can write whatever we write but don't you think it's scrupulous to keep things as cool as possible,

    I was just thinkinh to write a preview on the Champs League but stopped when i saw one already and that's yours. It would have been a different matter if i wrote my views on a particular club, group or player in the Champs League.

    Neways, it's solely left to your discretion.
