Tiger Woods Scandal: The Best Jokes We've Heard So Far

Tiger Woods' "transgressions" have made life hard for his wife and children, his endorsements, his publicists and PR people, and himself.
For the rest—including those of us who butter our bread with top video lists of all varieties—he's only made life easier.
That's especially true for late-night joke writers, who have been teeing off on the formerly squeaky clean (to the point of boring) sports star with a barrage of humor.
We all know what the greatest joke at Tiger's expense ever was, or will be, but these 11 attempts by the late night crews are not too shabby.
Here's the best (with video!) that we've heard so far—oh, and remember, NSFW.
Wanda Sykes Rips Tiger's Driving, Among Other Things
We usually prefer Wanda Sykes in small, Curb Your Enthusiasm-sized doses, but she gets in some good licks on Tiger's race as it affects his driving ability as only she can.
On Leno's Show, Bill Maher Displays Uncommon Empathy
I've loved Bill Maher since his days on Politically Incorrect (and Real Time's not too bad either, as long as he cuts down on the insufferable guests).
What I love most of all is how Maher always makes you feel less like a drunk screw-up in life—or, at least, makes you feel like that's not a bad thing.
Plus, he's never above taking dead-on shots at the media.
Conan Provides Footage from the Updated "Tiger Woods PGA Tour" VG
Conan, as usual, finds a creative way of mocking Tiger, by appealing to the video gamer in all of us (although this may be why the older crowd isn't making the effort to stay up and watch; hang tough, good buddy).
Letterman...Missed Out
Letterman was off the air, but this is a fine opportunity to watch the clip with him, Richard Simmons, and a steamer again.
Sportschumps.net Provides a Low-Budget Take
For you fans of the low-budget crowd, here's Sportschumps.net's take on the Tiger Woods story. There's a few good jokes scattered in here.
George Lopez...Has a Show on TBS
Aside from "sharing" a joke with Wanda Sykes, George Lopez had a LOT to say about Tiger. Some of it is good, and some of it explains why his show is on TBS.
Kimmel Kills It
For those in the know, Kimmel's been killing it in the late-night scene for a long time. His monologues are solid, he's got funny characters, and his video editors deserve an Emmy.
Here he is doing one hilarious, low-key take on the story...
Kimmel and the Voicemail
...and another...
The Guillermo Show on Tiger Woods
...and another.
And Why Not a Little Craig Ferguson?
I didn't like this guy for the longest time, but then I actually tried watching him, and he's pretty damn funny. In an I-know-this-is-bombing-but-I'm-enjoying-it type of way, but still, good stuff.
And he's got some great jokes on Tiger to boot.
