The Chicago Blackhawks had a fabulous weekend. Their Western Canada road trip continues to go well in what may be a magical season. This youthful teams keeps getting better and Hawk fans should have much to look forward to in the near future. They beat Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver in thrilling games and everyone continues to contribute this season. They dominated the puck the third quarter and show they can win easily despite being out shot by alot in games this season.
the circus trip is usually a tough road trip, but the way the Black hawks are playing they are making it look easy and fun. A team that can whip teams outside the division on the road shows me something. I can't see how this team can't repeat their run in the playoffs. The youthful enthusiasm this team has and the enjoyment of winning will be a key ingredient for them to take it to the next level. All I can say is it will be about time when the Cup returns to Chicago. It seems like 1961 is as long ago as 1908 is for Chicago Cub fans. This current crop of Black hawk fans need to enjoy the next few years as it will only get better.
