Many things can season a turkey. Salt, pepper, sage.  Well a Redwings fan has to have their turkey seasoned with a little taste of ashes.   Seems the Atlanta Thrashers SHUT OUT the Red Wings with a 2-0 final IN THE JOE. No doubt we are all supposed to be heartened that the Redwings out shot the Thrashers.  EXCEPT the final score still reads 2-0 in favor of Atlanta

Perhaps this is all part of some Grand and mysterious strategy.  I mean, out of 5 teams in the central division  the Redwings have a solid hold on 4th. Fact is the only team with a worse record are the Blues (ironically the team that beat the Redwings in Sweden).

I guess the parade will still be a winner.

Again the Atlanta Thrashers SHUTS OUT the Detroit Redwings in Hockeytown.
