PAULO FILHO is winning again, now at LHW  where he had to move up to from the weight that he has been accustomed to fighting at for years, WW, and thus is 2-0 so far.

 He also fought outside of american rules and drug test, so he has avoided the limelight and all the questions that a man with  his history should have to explain, is he jump roping over drug tests and other specifications that one must pass to be considered a clean fighter.

 He seems to be much stronger and does not feel the need to talk to his imaginary friends inside the cage with him anymore,he has destroyed Melvin Manhoef and beat a very game Alex Schoenauer in three rounds back in a Brazilian org, where Philo has decided he will stay because once againe he has shown to go back to his old ways.

 He has already been a no show for a fight in dream, and to me that should be the last straw, I just know that if i were running an organization, PF, FIGHTER OR NO FIGHTER I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY.
