Although college football pundits will consider the Mississippi Rebels’ 25-23 victory over the No. 8 LSU Tigers an upset, it wasn’t from a betting standpoint.
Ole Miss was a 5.5-point home favorite going into the contest and failed to cover while the total, which was set at 45.5, went over.
The Tigers dropped to No. 15 in the BCS rankings thanks to the loss, while the Rebels cracked the Top 25.
