Is Marian Hossa Just What The Chicago Blackhawks Need to Stay Up Top

The Chicago Blackhawks are a great young team. They can only get a little better the way they are playing now.

Reports have said that Hossa has been the best player on the ice at recent practices. I am really hoping this is true. If we can add just that last piece of the puzzle, the Hawks will be one of the best teams in the NHL.

Hossa is a former Red Wing, the major rival of the Hawks. Every game between the two teams, you will hear the "DETROIT SUCKS!" chant (and even sometimes when they are not playing them).

Patrick Kane has recently been on a hot streak and I wonder if it will stop once Hossa comes back.

Hossa is expected to come back on Wednesday against the Sharks.

Bryan Bickell was recently sent down to Rockford despite being +3 in his first four games.

Hossa has missed the first 22 games of season, just over a quarter of the year, due to shoulder surgery from an injury that occurred with Detroit last year.

Hopefully the Hawks can keep it up until right around playoff time, take it into the playoffs and win the Stanley Cup.
