To say that the Raiders will not win another game this season is not a far reach. Looking at the remaining schedule is there any game where you say the Raiders have a chance? Some will say this is the NFL and on given sunday a team can win. Well when your team is the Raiders that rule doesnt apply. With a pathetic loss against a horrible team like the Chiefs i expect some players to start planning for thier vacations and getting the golf clubs ready. With another lost season you can only look to the next year and that goes for fans and the players. They can only go up from here right? The team has had how many 10 or more loss seasons in a row. And with a 2-14 record which i predict this would have to be the bottom.I blame Al for a lot of the losing ive had to endure for these past 7 years. I look no farther then the defense to see that this old man is a tyrant and doesnt get it. To make it mandatory that the team must play a man to man says it all.  To start giving the fans some hope they should throw money at Zach Miller and make him one of the highest paid tight ends in the game. They also need to work out a deal to keep Morrison here as well. But all the money thrown out and coach's hired wont make a difference if Al doesnt change his ways plain and simple.
