I have come to realize that no matter how much I complain about and blame Bruce Arians for Pittsburgh's offensive inadequacies, it all comes back on Mike Tomlin for allowing it to continue to happen.

He is the head coach and as such, he alone has the last word as to what goes down each and every Sunday.

So until he realizes that Bruce Arians is holding our offense back, nothing will ever be done about it.

He needs to step up and make the hard decisions that need to be made for the benefit of the team in which he leads.

So, each and every time you feel angry about our offense, just remember the guy to take your anger out on is not necessarily the offensive coordinator but the guy who allows him to continue making the calls in which he makes...as well as the calls in which he doesn't, such as the no-huddle.

Here is to hoping that Mike steps up to the plate and takes over the reigns in which he should already be controlling.

And to hoping that it is done before lack of intervention hurts our chances of making the playoffs...which we are more than capable of making.
