The buffalo bills have 4 main problems and these problems are easy to fix.

1. Coaching

2. QB

3. O-line.

4. Staying Healthy

Dick Jauron is never going to win a team a superbowl.  I guarantee you that.  Three Canidates that can help us reach the superbowl are Dennis Green, Brian Billick and Tony Dungy.

QB we have three options free agency, a trade or the 2010 draft.  Bills could trade for vick in hopes that dungy would follow. Go to the draft maybe Clausen, Tebow, McCoy, or Bradford.  Or free Agency maybe Kyle Orton or Jason Campbell.

O-line picking up Marcus McNeill a solid Left Tackle would do wonders for this team.  Justin Hartwig from the steelers or Deuce Luiti from the cardinals would help too. The Bills line at times this year had as many as 3 rookies starting.  This is very valuable experience for them.

Training staff- I think the bills are poorly conditioned or maybe don't do the proper stretches cause they get injured too much.
